Riversdale included 38 luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments that had a combination of exterior finishes to be painted including wood and plaster.
The final paint finish included a clean crisp white look.
Several of the interior walls had French Wash finish to create drama in the interior lobby.
The design also include stained wood planters and other wood accents.
